I just got back from lunch with Husband.

He showed up EARLY for our date!

My goal was to be heard and understood. Goal was reached.

Our interaction today was so nice and pleasant!

And we talked about crazy making.

I printed out Meredith's post on what crazy-making is.

He praised me. Told me that he could see how much I've changed.



Life is good.
