That's such a great accomplishment!

I was giggling at the picture of you smacking around the PMS monster.

I'll have to keep that in mind next thursday.

I know I'm going to be super busy on my trip, and with the whole family there, we'll be going out to eat a lot.

I plan to focus on doing my 15 min of air jogging and eating lots of salads and veggies.

When I get to weigh in, in 2 weeks, I want to have acheived my first 5 pounds goal.

I won't be able to weigh in this upcoming week, cause I'll be flying on Thursday before my usual meeting.
