2.8 pounds dropped! That's 2.8 pounds I no longer have to carry around! Woo hoo!

I also lay on my back yeserday and kicked my feet in the air, airjogging, for 15 minutes.

I used my alarm radio's sleep function for this. I set it for 15 minutes.

There was enough time for 3 songs and a set of commercials!

I slept really good after that!
