I scratch my head with my MLCr and the OM issue when I think about it which is not often. After the touch and go and me moving out, I just assumed since I gave her the green light to go and be happy with OM and I wanted the D, she would have jumped at it. However there has not been a mention of him in the 1 1/2 years since .... they may be closer than ever, or may not have talked to each other I could not say ... prior to all this stuff it was like she couldn't help but tell me how amazing he was throughout replay.
Like you ... I developed a love for Theory #3 which for me involved a nice motorcycle ride.
