I was out with my GF tonight. We went to see 3 dog night at a local outdoor ampitheater and were just leaving her place, just before 7pm and who should call on my cell phone but C. Timming was perfect tho, GF was in the RR and did not hear my cell ring. I have C set up for a destinctive ring so I knew it was her without even looking at the phone. I did not answer it and in fact turned the phone off and left it in the car till I was on the way home from my date.
I checked the Voice Mail and all she wanted was to know what time I was comming over tomorrow (really now it is today) and she said to call her back on her cell. So I called her cell to let her know when I was comming over and after it rang a few times I realized that it was midnight so I hung up. C called me back in a min and I told her that I got her message and that I would be there around 9:30 if that was ok and I said that I did not realize the time and was sorry for waking her up.
When I got home I noticed that C also called my home phone but not till 9:55 and she called from her home phone, but she did not leave a message.
I told C last week that I was going to hear 3 dog night w/ GF and she knew when I would be w/ her. Altho I feel she will deny it, I think that she called on purpose at that time.
Now I have a question. I bought a really nice tee shirt with 3 dog night on the front and "mama told me not to come" on the back along with some nice graphics. I was thinking of wearing it tomorrow but would that be rubbing her face in it? Maybe I should wear something else?
