I too like fix-it-uppers. God knows I'm living in one! We bought our home on an auction and paid $28,000 for it and it is on 4.26 acres. The house is about a 100 yr old!
It still needs tons of work. I just wish I had my time but it really takes more money, something I'm short on, LOL.
