well the pool is an above ground and the linner is split - there are weeds growing in the hot tub - I believe the cut out in the deck is the same size as my hot tub so I might be able to switch them. needs paint in all the rooms, etc, etc. but it is liveable now
The pool is an added plus too - C likes pools, course I am not getting it because of that - there are lots of other reasons for it - location to my office is only 10 minutes from one and about 25 minutes from the other
