OMG is he just trying to rub my nose in it and no I am not stalking his FB page it comes up on mine. He's checked into a barracks in a beautiful city saying 'course on a Friday' and she has commented with a comment and a wink and I was doing so well now I'm just a mess. How can he deliberately hurt me like this

Unfollow or unfriend him so you dont have to see those posts. You are only hurting yourself by seeing it.
