As you mentioned yesterday your situation is greatly different from mine due to kids and an obvious third party involvement.
The gut reaction, is usually the one you should go with, and my initial reaction when reading your updates are that you are probably getting a little too much involved (not saying it isnt hard) but I think currently for an obvious intelligent women, you are letting your emotions run a little wild at the minute.. especially with the facebook situation.
