Get a PUMP and ASK HIM FOR HELP...tell him what you need without anger. He's not exactly tuned in.
If you say nothing but you are breast feeding, he'll put it in the "well, she's nursing so, you know, I can't do anything or read her mind or ask her if she needs help"...
And you don't have to be the martyr juggling 5 things while he naps, seething with resentment .
Express your needs as clearly and calmly as possible.
Sometimes I had to pretend I had taken a tranquilizer to talk to h...as if I was almost sedated so he would not "feel attacked" and I mean that.
Tensions are just too high atm
