Where to begin or end #3 D process

So now i have been served papers. I get 20 days to respond in writing and or counter file. Im torn if i should be amicable, or selfish. Drag it out, or rush it. Custody is the big thing, we have an unsustainable 50/50 arrangement. Id definatly prefer to have nearly all custody. Currently my wife does not want child support.
