Our marriage counselor recommended mediation and the wife was agreeable to it. My lawyer thinks she was agreeable because wife probably already spoke to a lawyer who said it was the best thing due to our state's adultery laws (which wife broke). And, most importantly, we need to figure out an amicable path forward for the kids.
Same as with my ex. Didn't want it all to come out...
