I just wouldn't know who to go to, and if I did go to them, if I my wife would consider that they "counted" as actual help, since they don't have psychology degrees. That's a tough thing. If you think you need the help for anxiety and depression, then I'd find a good one - there may/may not be forums in your area; I can't recall the website, but there are those that give reviews and testimonials. I'm pretty sure that given your situation and going through divorce, it wouldn't be counted against you to be seen.
