They want to have you as a plan B, in case their "true love" does not pan out. They also suffer from entitlement, they are convinced that a grave injustice has been committed against them and that they have taken care of all around them for years and now is finally the time for them to be happy. They also distort and rewrite history and a LBS is often perplexed and left wondering WTF is going on and it is quite often that a LBS begins questioning their own sanity...
Sounds like my situation. Seriously, WTF is going on? Ugh.
