Well it's official. We just had a very pleasant 2 hour chat. Most open and honest communication we've had in years. We both agreed it was time to move on. We verbally agreed to take all the assets subtract the debt and split the remaining balance. We also are ok with shared custody. I am seeing the attorney Thursday to work out details. We had a good run and almost made it 10 years. It's sad, but the reality is both of us are ready to move on
