There's only so much you can do. Try to protect your kids from as much of it as you can. Sometimes its best to turn a blind eye and walk away. It doesn't matter what you do or say, people are going to believe what they want. And if her family is really that crazy, then 10 is right.... she did you a favor.
Yeah, I know. I have to be VERY, VERY careful in how I respond to her. Yesterday was a prime example of her fishing for stuff she could use against me. Can't even validate her feelings because that would be turned. Ask me how I know. Yes, they will never believe what I say or even the facts. That's the kick now...when facts are presented, they just go on to something else and call it fake news. Oh, her family is that crazy - there are so many things I could share on here that would have your head shaking. The ex was the only one out of the lot who never behaved like them...until now.
