Hey Sm34, Thanks for posting your update. I know for me it is nice to hear from and about people who have been successful in saving their M. I have been dealing with my sitch for about 6 months now. I have a coach and have taken a "softer" stance than some would advocate on here. I am going to look back at your posts to get a feel for how things got to where they are for you.
