Merry Christmas everyone. The people here have already helped me so much, in terms on getting to grips with my feelings and the emotional roller coaster.

I felt the sadness creeping in this morning, but then managed to just focus on the kids and shelve it, and you know, it hasn't been as bad as I'd worried.
