Rick, a few years ago when I started reading here, everything felt so hopeless. I experienced the hardest Christmas of my life--and I recall everyone around me opening gifts and laughing--as I just stared into space.
You are correct tho: it does get better. I am happier and stronger than before. I don't think it's because I reconciled my marriage, but I think it's because I have that I will be okay, no matter how hard it gets and no matter who comes and goes from my life!
