Thanks Sandi! I always value and appreciate your perspective. I am and plan to continue applying db principles in whatever I do. I don't have any proof that there is still contact but like you I don't think it looks good. I know that it sounds (and is) weak but taking the phone away is like taking away her car as it is a tool.
