He has Risen, Praise His Name Colleen Madonna Flood Williams
He has risen, praise His name, For our sins taken the blame, Born of Mary, in perfect love, Son of the heavenly God above.
Mortal man, and living God, Crucified as a mere fraud, He has risen, Praise His Name, For our sins taken the blame.
He comes again, sing out Amen, Our sweet Saviour lives again, Fullfilling scripture, He walks free, A God for all eternity.
Mortal man, and living God, Crucified as a mere fraud, He has risen, praise His name, For our sins taken the blame.
Send Him your prayers, Send Him your praise, Send Him your love, all of your days, The shepherd walks among his sheep, The prophets’ words, the Christ does keep.
Mortal man, and living God, Crucified as a mere fraud, He has risen, praise His name, For our sins taken the blame.
He has risen, praise His name, For our sins taken the blame, Ascending, sits at God’s right hand, A living God, no longer man.
Mortal man, and living God, Crucified as a mere fraud, He has risen, praise His name, For our sins taken the blame.
H just called for no reason. He didn't have much to say, but kept me on the phone for half an hour.
He comes home tomorrow. He isn't going grocery shopping, but is going to pick up some rock. We have a rock wall in the back of our yard. It's cool, we built it together...H, son, and me.
We got all the rock for free by picking it up from a roadside construction job just outside of Anchorage.
Woooohoooo! It is not like him to just call.
Maybe my phone call this morning touched his heart. I called at 5am and wished him a good morning and a good day.
He was shocked that I was even up. He said so when he called just now.
Love the song. What talents you have. The poem the other day was pretty neat too.
Have fun while your H is home. Enjoy the conversations and the silences too. I can relate to the awkward conversations, but it is getting easier as time goes on.
Enjoy!

hey there akgal - you sound great you are giving up smoking and dbing at the same time - wow
Quote: Do you think that db'ers sometimes grow OUT of their marriages after changing themselves so much?
snap. i was thinking the same last weekend when my wonderful H was telling me cool as can be that he expects to continue 'being in contact with' OW i think i'm feeling good mostly because i am becoming more aware that i will be ok, whatever happens to R.
but hey, you are doing so well, all those positives. have a great time with H. lots of love, slowly
Well, he comes home tonight. I am not as excited as I was last time, but hey...I'm still glad he's coming home.
I am buying him a grill for his birthday in June...a very nice grill...gas, with a couple of burners...you know the 400-500 dollar stainless steel clad kind. He better appreciate it. LOL
I already told him and asked him to start shopping for it. He is excited..as excited as he gets. ( Which is very mildly excited compared to how excited I get over good things)
He did call twice yesterday. I am not planning anything special for when he comes home. I plan on just helping him unload the rock.
I'm a little tired of trying so hard when he isn't putting in any extra effort that I can see. So, I'm going to just act as if things are great and yet, normal. I'm going to look nice when he comes home, but not go out of my way to do anything extra special...I'll be welcoming but there won't be a welcome home party atmosphere...if that makes sense.
