XH called to say he was driving to the airport to get try to get a flight down. His worrying about his dad's mental and physical state and the possibility of losing both parents in the process forced his decision. I'm glad he's going...he needs to be there. This is devastating, but the outpouring from the community is huge. Your thoughts and prayers are much appreciated. Really.

Glad to hear that she was found and is OK. Often after a stressful situation like that we get through on emotions and adrenaline but once it is over, the affect of the stress can hit us hard. Take care of yourself.

I am very happy to read that she's been found. Your h's family needs to consider getting a tracker for her. They can either be in a necklace form or like a watch on the wrist. I know of several people who suffer from what your MIL does and the family got them the wristwatch type of tracker and it works beautifully.
Again, I am very happy that she's been found alive and doing okay.
Sit quietly, the answers will reveal themselves when you least expect them to. The past is gone, the present is a gift and you need to focus on today, allow the future to reveal itself when it is ready.
