Seems like absence does make the heart grow fonder!
I am happy to see that things are changing for the better in the way H is responding to you. He really seems to have missed you and is starting to value you.

POSITIVES
1) hubby came home from work early again yesterday - wasn't feeling very well. i was still doing clean up in the boys room and he came in and helped me. that was something new - we shared laughs about his youngest son being such a pak rat - then he started to tease me with it had to come from me! felt good to have a laugh or two with him
2) had a chance to put my db'n hat on yesterday with my sister who was having a problem with her daughter. she called me back several hours later to let me know that she was glad that she called me cause she felt much better - you have to know something about our relationship - my sister is 15 years older than me - she raised me - and for something like this to transpire, well, suffice it to say i feel all grown up!
3) hubby and i watched TWO movies last night, two countem - i always thought his love language was words of affirmation, i am beginning to suspect that he is leaning more towards quality time
t2 - aw girl, you make me BLUSH - you know, i really do believe this seperation di us a world of good. he certainly has been alot more like a friend since i have returned. now if i can only jump his bones
ag - no kidding about the love is work thing. LOL - yeah, but it's worth it - it's worth it to know we are doing the right thing for the kids. it's worth it to know we are doing the right thing PERIOD

POSITIVES
1) whew - what started as a 15 minute project (the boys room) turned into almost three days - but let me tell you, they are in for quite a surprise when they get home. they will LOVE it - it is finally done and i gotta say, i would want that room! hubby and i spent "quality time" together thru the whole project, and he was chipper all the time WOO HOO
2) i positively had a scrumptous dinner last night - grilled salmon and asparagus with hollendaise sauce - another thing my hubby enjoys doing - i guess acts of service is a love language he likes to GIVE and then i offer him words of affection, and everyone comes out a winner!!!
3) have i mentioned lately how much i absolutely LOVE my daughter???? she is the apple of my eye. i am grateful for her in my life
