I've never read ... in part for the same reasons you resisted 5LL - the author doesn't seem like a nice person.

I did eventually read the 5LL. I had many problems with it, but the overall message was decent to me. I intend to go over it again when the Grad. semester ends. I did have many issues with the author of ..., would not say you are far off, but think that was his point. Will review again at same time as the former. Only found about 30% applicable, but what did work, did work. Thus said, was not buying the entire theory, certainly not a paradigm shift.
