Just as an FYI, I just went through this process from Jan-Aug of this year and I would very much recommend against going the collaborative route. It will cost you guys more money in the end, but I can't tell you the amount of pain and awfulness that my xW and I went through to get the particulars to work.
It will be EXTREMELY hard to detach and work on yourself if you have to consistently be in contact w/ your W. If you think she's said some bad things so far to you, just wait until you start disagreeing about assets and liabilities...and if you're anything like me, you'll push her to do her side of the work and just end up pushing her even further away.
