As for me, I actually don't miss sex nearly as much as having someone to hug, hold hands, kiss, snuggle with. Then again I've never been a typical guy but that is honestly what I miss most
And then your D. You might want to explain to her that you teach people how to treat you. Her dads new wife has taught him he can get away with treating her like crap - so he does. I'd say teach her that she needs to teach any guy how she wants to be treated. He may not know on his own - certainly not everything. Remaining silent and allowing bad behavior is teaching him that's okay. Teach him how to treat you the way you want to be treated. That will go much further than him having to deal with you - which I get you didn't really mean that, just saying.

Older men haven't worked out so well for me. Younger men and men the same age hasn't either, haha. You get immaturity or MLC, or both! EHarmony guy is 5 years older. A good difference, I think.
Good idea Don. I think the teaching someone how to treat you well is a good thing for her to know. For other people, but not her dad. I've tried every tactic with that guy, none worked. He does not give a cr@p who he hurts or insults, unfortunately. But For other R's in her life, that would work well.

Ok, so I know this sounds pathetic to even remember, but this day a year ago I remember as one of the best. My first full day in Disney, having a MAGICAL time, and I exchanged the words "I love you" for the first time in many years. I remember feeling like everything was just falling into place and it was the light at the end of my crappy tunnel for so many years.
But, things are different now and tonight, I have my first date in almost 8 months since him. I am kind of excited. Even if the date stinks, I get some Lebanese food. But hey, I think it has a chance of being a good one.
