You're exactly right. The fool and disgusting one there is the one who betrayed their spouse.

Surfer those two aren't spreading gossip, anyone else is about them. Those two fools are in utter denial and sneaking about. But you know what they say, the night (and day!) has a thousand eyes!

Scuzzy knickers!! I am rolling over here.

Cherry,
As Vanilla said, you have no reason to feel shame or embarrassment. You hold your head high and proud, you are magnificent.

I think choosing to go to coffee breaks and out to lunch with friends and colleagues is a great idea. The less you obsess over the situation the better, healthier for you.

I am glad that the rumours are spreading. Let them feel the heat.

The best part? You're not the one who is spreading so wh can't blame it on you.

What you can do is not to deny or whitewash things. If they ask upfront, you could give an enigmatic answer that doesn't whitewash or confirm too much.

Perhaps you could think of what your response will be.

Thanks ladies. You're right, it will be done without my intervention:)
Met with a girlfriend today for a few hours, was nice to go and get my long overdue eyebrows sorted! I did feel a bit of guilt that I was out with S, but I thought of what Sara said about his primary caregiver deserves the best. So what better than a recharged mama? I really need to take friends who boost my pma up on their offers more often.

Thinking of ways to busy ourselves at the weekend as he says he is beginning to move tomorrow. So far he has avoided any contact or conversation with me, mil or S. Mil saw him today and he walked straight past her,

I am enjoying my feeling of calm that has arrived today. I've had a good day, I've done some self care, socialising, ran some errands, organised a few surprises for mil bday approaching. Decided I shall make it a celebrate wether she likes it or not, new traditions for our family and keeping on with our life and triumphing! Looked at some cute teeny baby grows and got pretty excited that I'm going to do this all over again and there will be another little chick in my nest smile

Wh is apparently moving tomorrow. Who knows what is going on with that, haven't seen him pack a thing! Never mind, his crisis.

Got a few social events and fun things planned in. I'm just going to focus on those and taking advantage of kind friends who reach out to me.

Loving the PMA!

Eyebrows, baby grows and doing things for MIL. Great! Well done keep it up.

It's Friday so it must be bubble bath, face pack and Netflix night!

Take care.

Thank you guys, today is moving day. He came to talk to me as I was just leaving the house. Said he wanted to talk to me about some things. I said I was busy right now, so maybe later or maybe we will have to schedule a time that is good for us both. The world does not revolve around his timescales!

Trying not to think of what he has to go through now. If it's these damn divorce papers again!! I said I need to discuss things re visiting S, child Maintainance etc.

I told him I was going to keep S out as long as possible today, he did not seem overjoyed at that, but why on earth should a child have to pack up and see their dad leave?!

Cherry,

You are beginning to get to a point that will bring you a lot more peace. I promise you. I know it's really hard to get this right now but I know you will feel that after he has moved out. You will have sad times but they will go.

You are correct the world does not revolve around his timescales they revolve around my wife's!

Try to stay away from him today completely. Try eating out of the home if you can and don't go back until he's gone if at all possible. No contact from there. He contacts you to talk about S etc only and if he talks about his life with OW tell home you are not here for that and let him know you will instantly end any conversation that hints at that.

Really good the way that you handled the discussion about "talking". You need to do this at a time that is convenient for both parties. As you know, he needs to fit in with my wife's timescales on this, the world does not revolve around him as you quite rightly said.

I suggest you buy some treats for you and your S whilst out today. I suggest you head down to Malton and Brown and Boots for you and Toys "R" Us for your S.

Surfer.
