Nutts, the A may be over but your Ws waywardness probably is not. Don't allow yourself to be complacent to that fact. The more prepared you are for it's re-occurrence, the less it will catch you off guard. Last thing you want to be in this situation is on your back foot.
Go through DR and toss your questions up here. You're getting some good advice from the vets. You may be in a lull from the action now, but there will be other spikes in your situation. Get your mind and body in shape to handle them. Exercise and GAL are your friends. Complacency is your enemy.

Yes, honestly, I have a little paranoia about W right now I have to get over. It's l ike I want to know where she is at all times, but obviously I can't do that, and I can't ask. I need to be able to truly step back, and let her be, but it's still hard. I'm trying to keep expectations down too.
