I'm definatrly trying NOT to make the divorce easy. When I refused to give her money today she started getting hateful telling me how we can get this done so much sooner and cheaper if we share a lawyer. I have my own and have instructed him to wait as long as he can to reply to the divorce action. And we also had some changes to what they were requesting, I.e..he put in that SHE should PAY me child support. I don't really want it but shoes her daughter to and she should carry some trsponsibility, which she isn't right now. Thoughts?
