Sage- I find that it helps me to do something that marks the transition, whether it be putting on comfy clothes, or having a nice cup of tea...anything I can do to signal my brain - "you're safe now; this is your den and you can relax" (I know, dens are for foxes, but it's a safe word to me). I tend to hold on to the stress if i don't do something that helps me transition. You're doing great! I am always inspired when I visit you. Hugs, Myrrh
