We talked a bit last night.... She has the whole divorce thing planned. including selling the house. But she is making sure that I get out enough money from it so that I might be able to buy a small manufactured home with it.. I dont make alot of money, but she does pretty well for herself. So I need the cash more than she does.
Anyway, I brought that up to hopefully give a picture of her mindset there. She says that she doesn't hate me, that she wants to be friends. We got intimate during dating, and she said that that clouded her mind.. that with a clear mind she would have seen and heeded the "red flags". We are just "too diferent".
Still she ses some of the changes I have made. I just need to be careful in helping around the house, because she is Miss Independent as well... Been that way since high school. Responsible for herself.I need to not over do it.
She want to have the house ready to be sold by the end of next month. and really, I am fine with that. She wants to file in January for tax purposes. That gives me the better part of 4 months left in marriage...and most of that living together...
PS I don't know how well I will do with the lack of intimacy...it was only a little over a week ago when we last had our "time". How she can be intimate, and then just flip a switch like that, I don't know. It's like mixed signals.
