I have been reading your situation in the past hour and I think that you are doing a great job, you seem to be a very stable and patient man just like Irish. I have been in the MLC mess for only 7 months and I don't know how it will look like after 3 years, hopefully we will reconcile. I want to ask you about your wife's childhood, which seems to be affecting most MLCers here and in particular I would like to know if her parents divorced before she turned 15. How that played out and if there is any history of physical or sexual abuse during her childhood.

Well firstly sorry for the delayed response, as you know this MLC thing moves like a turtle and I discovered there was so much more I could be doing with 'me' and my progress/growth continues .... I will update soon
To answer your question, her parents never divorced, her mother did leave her father for a bit over a year but that was just as wifes MLC was setting in back in 2013 or so.
As far as a abuse, yeah from what I have gathered something most likely happened between her and her brother when she was 14, no details but looking at timelines .. my father passed and BIL was put in prison for child molestation so it appears the dysfunctional family demons were always there though for 20+ years this family appeared to have it together .... till they all came to a boil in 2012-2013.
I am not sure if she is currently dealing with this .. or avoiding as they do I have been pretty NC since Feb.
