I truly owe you an apology. It's never okay to stereotype, and I'm really sorry I lumped you in a category of people who aren't respectful. That category could be anyone, and not necessarily associated with any type of ethnicity. Nobody likes being put in a box, because I think it's far more complicated than that. I may be a Celtic Catholic, but I'm not cheap... or a drunk... or any other stereotype that a accompanies my background.
