Gosh, I'm so sorry and meant no ill intent! I should probably tell ya that Alex across the street is Russian and he's super nice. He's savvy and business smart and he's missed on our HOA board. The real jerk in my complex is a plain old American a*hole. So please know that I don't discriminate! Plus, I love my townhouse. The ponzi schemers have long fled, and my HOA had to deal with the fallout for the past 10 years. They've finally caught up and are getting back on track. Besides, it didn't have to be a RM thing... it could have been some home grown schemers too. I just had *no* idea that southeast Denver/Aurora had so many expat Russians. Or the RM. Isn't that supposed to be NYC?
I really meant in a good way about being resourceful. I swear you guys get stuff done that the rest of us scratch our heads and wonder how that happened. I've lived here for 26 years and still don't know how to do half of what they do. Besides, my XH is 1/4 Russian. Does that help? Maybe not. He's not a jerk, though. At least not often.
