XWH is living with RIT and she works. On Friday he filed suit against me in the UK for a big chunk of change.
Big mistake, form A1 in the UK, the form he filed (usually it's Form E a voluntary form) opens up the discovery process and puts RITS assets on the table and her income. Just to help my L is going for maintainance as her income and potential pension are triple mine. Her assets are huge too and she has maintainance.
If XWH refuses to answer my discovery questions we will go for enforcement and contempt of court.
I love that RIT and her assets and income are in play.
Really I want nothing from them but to go away, if this does it then it's all good.
