RSG. Very interesting. Lots of temp. testing - very CT1118. Looks positive though. Glad to see that and well reacted. Particularly given the stress day!
albac makes a good point here. My DB Coach and Sandi define the differences in approach here. Coach "give her space to talk", Sandi "don't be the gay friend - she has to change fully". I know I am paraphrasing so both are kind of out of context but you get the gist. Anyway, I think as long as you have your b@alls attached and speak firmly but kindly either are good. You do want her to feel she is 'on her own' to some degree, but you also do need to let her talk but not instigate. Therefore albac raises a very good way to deal with this "I don't know, do we?". Just thoughts. We are all just feeling out way really.....

Yesterday AM she had a snotty attitude, but at dropoff was friendly. She seems to respect me more, as every time I call her out she eventually backs down
My WW has ups and downs in the way she acts too. I don't often 'call her out' though. I just think okay, if she's being snotty - I just exit faster. How do you call her out, what examples and how does it pan out - you say she backs down? How would a typical convo. go?
