CT, This was an EXCELLENT synopsis on the do's and don'ts of DBing. I suspect my WH is also going through a MLC and reminding myself to not take it personally has been my biggest challenge. I find when I step back from an emotionally charged situation and let a few days pass it helps immensely when addressing WH. This technique was a large part of my 180 as I would previously be pushy and demanding results and answers NOW!
