They aren't as bad as I thought. My S7 doesn't really know what's going on, he kinda knows something is up, but he seems pretty ok with things (unfortunely). Keeping myself busy has helped.
Sit quietly, the answers will reveal themselves when you least expect them to. The past is gone, the present is a gift and you need to focus on today, allow the future to reveal itself when it is ready.
