I want to invite, encourage and challenge everyone in the community that reads this thread to not simply read it, but to also take a moment and share at least one thing they are grateful/thankful for today. The goal is to share 3 things daily, as stopping each day and focusing on what one can be thankful for has great power for the mind, emotions and overall well being of a person.
