I don't know, I just don't know. I know, that's not the answer you wanted to hear. But I do know you want her to intiate more contact with you, and a letter is a form of contact. Maybe you can send her the change with a thoughtful card? I'm inclined to wait a little longer on calling her, but that's just my opinion...
