Well, Rottzilla, if I had your answer I'd probably have mine too. My h and I spend lots of time together, are affectionate and have fun together, ML often, etc, etc, etc (he doesn't even have the kissing/holding hands issues yours does) yet he's still living at his parents and hasn't used the "L" word in any context.
I guess we just have to be PATIENT (yes, I know there's that word you hate again) and keep doing what we're doing. I suppose maybe your h doesn't want to say ILY until he's absolutely, 100% sure that he does love you and his feelings won't disappear again?
