Don't talk to kids until absolutely necessary. Then tell them the truth, but in a compassionatly.. Reassure them.

What is best for YOU? Personally I think that unless she commits to ending A and working on ye, you should keep moving forward with sale, or at the very least come across to W that that is what you want.

Her being hesitant is good but keep to your path. I would hear her out about her wanting to think about it.
