I hear you. I am more than a year post BD and I do still get the pang-filled lonely moments too. Especially at nights.

What you're feeling is normal amd you will cycle through other feelings like regret, denial, anger etc. Have you read up on the different stages of grieving?

What we're trying to do here is to give a gentle (or not so gentle) 2 x 4 when we sense someone getting stuck in one stage for too long. Whatever stage you're in, life must go on. And since life must go on, make it more fun for yourself.
