I won't act on emotions with my W because I do not intend on talking to her unless she reaches out to me, which she hasn't done to date. From here on out any conversation I have with her is purely kid related and I'm going to view her as just another person on this planet.
This is DBing. It is good to hear this in your posts. Anger is also heard in your posts and this is also a good thing now. I will have Vanilla stop by and share her musings on the different types of anger.
Let us know when you have the book DR in hand.
You can do this and we are here to support you my friend.
Be well today.

It's time for me to start changin' the way I look at the world......and at myself. ~James Howlett aka Wolverine
I just no longer see the point in analysing what she says and does. She has made it clear (not to me admittedly) that she doesn't love me and she is sure on that, she is certain she is never going to change her mind so why waste my energy worrying?
As someone said to me on this site before, time to become a version of me that only a fool couldn't love.
Kyle, I couldn't agree more with what you said.. Now come back here and brag about what your doing to become the best version of you. It's good for you to share, and it's good for others to see what your doing / have done to improve yourself.
In a couple of months your going to be a whole new man, and others will want to go back and see how you did it, so share.

Will do Coconut. Been helping a friend set up for his wedding tomorrow and I'm one of the best men on the day so just trying to focus on that for the moment.
So it's the day of my friends wedding and my anxiety is starting to build, I know I need to shift the focus off of me but I'm really finding it difficult.
