Still here SH, thanks for checking in. How to start a new thread? Went to MD today who prescribed anxiety med to take as needed and went to IC. I have divorce care session tonight. WAW is continuing to move stuff out to her new rental home. I still have quite a bit of anxiety when thinking about the conversation with d7. I have watched MWD video on the subject but if anyone has any further suggestions, please input. Since this is not my choice I want her to know that but I also don't want to anger WAW.
