Zues, it occurred to me this morning that your views on society's abandonment of traditional values is a defense mechanism, a way to avoid getting hurt again. I'm not saying you don't mean it, I'm certainly not suggesting it's not entirely true, but I am saying that maybe you are using it like a shield, a reason not to put your heart out there again.
