Hi SadHub. I'm sorry to hear that the limbo with the D and finance agreement continues, but it really does sound like you've come a very long ways in terms of detaching. WAW is trying very hard to push your buttons, it seems, but you're able to put some distance between yourself and what's happening. It's a lot of progress in a short time.
Sleep is such an issue for so many of us here. Weight loss, sleep deprivation, anxiety and depression seems to be the Big 4 for the LBS crew. I hope that you are able to get some sleep tonight. I'm going to give Grl/JksD's suggestion to use melatonin a try. It's worked in the past, so I don't know why I didn't try it, especially since I already own a bottle! I do know that it only works for a few days, but I'm going to give it a try tonight. Maybe you could give it a go, too?
I have yet to do any meditation yet today. I didn't even do any more weeding, and that project is on my critical path. My asparagus patch is trying to disappear!!!
