Hi there!

I've been busy prepping for work start next week - getting dog into day care, etc. (Included checking out potential vets, which has been a time-consuming process.)

Had pizza and a beer for dinner (very unusual for me to drink at all) while I worked. I have a part-time home office job - very handy when moving half-way across the country!

I didn't sleep very well last night, had lots of dreams and painful thoughts, although I went to bed early. I was awake from 3 to 5 and then slept a little later than I wanted to. Woke up very grumpy but it fortunately got better in the afternoon.

I realized I have not been taking my vitamins and I have felt really tired and depleted for the last two weeks. It concerned me with starting a new job that will require me to stand and move a lot. I took them today and feel a lot more energetic already. smile

Going to get to bed early tonight again.

Oh, a couple of mundane e-mail exchanges with H, since I woke up to alerts that he had changed e-mail and password to an account I need access to. He was in a cooperative mood today, it seems.

I also looked up local Divorce Care groups and will make a couple of calls tomorrow. Also seeing counselor tomorrow.
