Juju, I can completely understand that you're not able to be distracted. I've been there, too, where the physical restlessness didn't allow me to sit quietly for more than a few minutes, and my thoughts would start to wander. The only activity that seemed to provide some temporary relief, was long, hot showers. I came across an article that said people with depression tend to shower more frequently and longer. I spent so much time in the shower last year that my skin got completely dried out...

I spent a nice day with a friend today, we went out for breakfast, then for some sightseeing and shopping, before we exchanged treatments (we work with the same holistic healing modality).

After she left, son and I had dinner and watched Bridge of Spies. Completely romance free, very interesting and well made.
