Hi V, how have you been? S4 got that hug early this morning!

I'll expand a little on my post from yesterday. There's much more than nothing going on in my life, I was just fairly busy at work yesterday when I checked in.

S4 and myself don't have time to sit around at all. We recently went and bought some new kayaks for when the water warms up. He is doing awesome playing baseball! (Proud dad ). He wearing the tires right off of his 4 wheeler... The two of us are just constantly doing something fun!

On the front with XF. Most of the month of February was a major false start. No dates or anything like that but a lot of talking on the phone and face to face. Some talks were about nothing, just being us and sharing our time with each other. Others were strictly business. Talking about what would need to happen for us to have another shot at this. Worked through many of the major issues, obviously not everything in a matter of a month. But we both had the same ideas on most things and it seemed to be headed in the direction I've been waiting for. It went as far as where to store her furniture if she were to move back and simple things like my new rugs not matching some things she would bring back...

Then the squirrel got spooked and ran back into the tree. Since February 29th she has her walls built back up and is back to hot cold cycles.we still have a fair amount of interactions for co-parenting but nothing much on a personal level. She will seem to start warming up a slight bit and then retreat. It put me back on the rollercoaster ride. Most days are good, some not so good. I have to get myself centered back up and not care again. That's when she started coming around before.

All in all I think I still stand a good chance at R with XF. Her A has been over since New Years (to my knowledge it has not relapsed). While talking in February, it was confirmed done, no contact sent and she changed jobs. Hopefully all that sticks and doesn't slip back and set me back no ha on this road!
